• Support messages and limited usage or security logs

2How to Request Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your personal data by:

• Emailing info@aitelemate.com or contactus@aitelemate.com from the address associated with your account.
• Using in-product account or workspace settings to remove your profile or organization data.

3Account Deletion & Data Retention

If your plan includes self-service account controls, you may delete or deactivate your account from the relevant settings area. After deletion, we remove or anonymize personal data where no longer needed for the service, except where retention is required by law, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, or contract enforcement.
